"Hidden Turon Gem"

Travelling the countryside you get to find all these amazing little gems. I discovered this hidden gem when returning to our campsite after shooting a sunrise elsewhere along the Turon River. 

I thought I had finished shooting for the day, driving along this spot caught my eye. I had to stop, turn around and head back to take the opportunity to get the shot.

There were mere minutes where the sun was at the right angle to light up the rapids, the gras and bring this scene to life. 

The reflections in the background and the rapids in the foreground help balance out the fluorescent grasses and the darker hidden secrets of this gem.
