Watch the transformation

The new gallery is already taking shape. Follow along as we paint, fit out, install shelving, bring in the artworks and turn this empty shopfront into the new home of Scapes of Art.

Painting is now being completed, with the walls finished in a fresh gallery white that will create a clean, calm backdrop for the art. We’ve also taken delivery of the carpet tiles and have begun planning the floor design, testing layout ideas and working through how the space will flow.

It’s another exciting step forward as the new gallery gradually comes to life!

What's Coming

Our new street-level gallery opens to the public on Saturday 17 October 2026!

Scapes of Art is growing into a bigger, more welcoming gallery experience in The Entrance on the Central Coast. Our new space gives us over 200 square metres of street-level gallery space, with more room to showcase creative photography, original artworks, local makers, collectable objects, gifts and Central Coast souvenirs.

Why we are moving

This next chapter is about creating more room for the things that matter most to us: meaningful art, beautifully made objects, the stories behind the work, and a warm place for locals and visitors to connect with artists, makers and the Central Coast.

What you can expect

  • A larger curated collection of photography and original art
  • More represented Central Coast artists and local makers
  • A dedicated gift and souvenir range inspired by place and coastal life
  • More space for exhibitions, artist features and community connection
  • An easier, street-level gallery experience in the heart of The Entrance

Opening day

Saturday 17 October 2026
173 The Entrance Rd, The Entrance, NSW 2261

We will keep sharing the transformation as the new gallery takes shape, from the fit-out and artist bump-in through to opening week.
